# GrowTall > GrowTall is a privacy-first height and growth tracking app for Android by Galadriel Labs. It records height over time, plots measurements against WHO and CDC growth references, explains height percentiles as trends, produces honest adult-height estimate ranges (mid-parental and Khamis-Roche methods), tracks healthy development habits, supports multiple family profiles, and generates pediatric consultation summaries. Core tracking is free; GrowTall Plus is an optional upgrade. GrowTall is not a medical device and does not claim to increase genetically determined adult height. GrowTall helps three main audiences: parents tracking children's growth, teens and young adults curious about "how tall will I be", and adults continuing to log stature in tracking mode. All measurements, notes and habit logs are stored locally on the device; GrowTall shows no ads and does not sell health data. ## Product - [GrowTall homepage](https://growtall.fitness/): Full product overview, features, screenshots and download links. - [Height tracker](https://growtall.fitness/height-tracker/): How GrowTall tracks height and infant length on Android. - [Height predictor](https://growtall.fitness/height-predictor/): How GrowTall produces adult-height estimate ranges. - [How tall will I be?](https://growtall.fitness/how-tall-will-i-be/): What actually determines adult height, explained honestly. - [Child growth chart](https://growtall.fitness/child-growth-chart/): Reading WHO and CDC growth charts in the app. - [Height percentile](https://growtall.fitness/height-percentile/): What a height percentile means and how to use it. - [Growth percentile](https://growtall.fitness/growth-percentile/): Tracking percentile trends and growth velocity over time. - [Adult height calculator](https://growtall.fitness/adult-height-calculator/): The methods behind adult-height calculators. - [Khamis-Roche method](https://growtall.fitness/khamis-roche/): The validated prediction model GrowTall implements. - [Mid-parental height](https://growtall.fitness/mid-parental-height/): The genetic target-height corridor from parental heights. - [CDC growth chart](https://growtall.fitness/cdc-growth-chart/): CDC 2000 growth references, ages 2-20. - [WHO growth chart](https://growtall.fitness/who-growth-chart/): WHO Child Growth Standards, birth to age 2. - [How to measure height](https://growtall.fitness/how-to-measure-height/): Accurate home measurement protocols for height and infant length. - [Height growth by age](https://growtall.fitness/height-growth-by-age/): Typical centimeter-per-year growth from birth to adulthood. - [Growth spurts](https://growtall.fitness/growth-spurts/): Puberty, peak height velocity and normal timing variation. - [Science & methodology](https://growtall.fitness/science/): The established references GrowTall is built on. ## Company & legal - [Support](https://growtall.fitness/support/): Help, contact (support@growtall.fitness) and app guidance. - [Terms of Use](https://growtall.fitness/terms/): Terms of service for the GrowTall app and website. - [Download on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fitness.growtall): Free to start, no ads. ## Facts at a glance - Platform: Android (API 26+) - Company: Galadriel Labs - Pricing: Core tracking free; GrowTall Plus optional subscription via Google Play (see Play listing for current price) - Data: Local-first storage; no ads; no selling of health data; optional coarse analytics that exclude entered heights, weights, notes and habit values - Medical status: Not a medical device; does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition - Prediction stance: Estimates are ranges (corridors), never single guaranteed heights
